The following names appear in the public records as defendants in unlawful detainer suits filed in Benton or Franklin County Courts.  The filing of an unlawful detainer suit means a landlord is trying to evict a tenant.  The outcome of the suit may be favorable to either party.  No inference should be made that because a suit is filed, a tenant is guilty.  The list of names is given so landlords may discuss the subject with prospective tenants, and the appearance of a name on this list must not be the sole reason for rejecting an application.
