Unlawful Detainers

The following names appear in the public records as defendants in unlawful detainer suits filed in Benton or Franklin County Courts. The filing of an unlawful detainer suit means a landlord is trying to evict a tenant. The outcome of the suit may be favorable to either party. No inference should be made that because a suit is filed, a tenant is guilty.
